Bismillah. Welcome to this space.
I hold a Master’s in Psychology and am a lifelong learner sharing what I have gathered through years of experience, study, and reflection. My work is an effort to make complex topics in Psychology, Faith, and Digital Craft simple, practical, and beneficial for everyday life. My intention is to seek the pleasure of Allah and the benefit of others through this work.
1. Faith, Family & Society: Reflections on marriage, emotional awareness, and social realities. I write to encourage compassion at home and constructive change in our communities grounded in the Quran, Sunnah, and real-life experiences.
2. Psych Funda: Exploring emotional health, modern psychology concepts, natural healing, and prophetic guidance with balance and clarity. Drawing on my academic background in Psychology, this work is shared through Healing with Awareness and the Academy to bridge the gap between clinical study and a holistic understanding of human nature.
